The whirlwind of fourth year plus Killer workout 1

A lot of medical students talk about how fourth year gives you the most flexibility and free time, but that’s definitely not true at the moment! I packed my schedule with Gyn oncology rotations at incredible institutions, and feel so fortunate to have those opportunities. And with that comes a LOT of responsibility packed into 14-16 hour days.

Before it all started I completed both sets of board exams (yay!) and have been working diligently on my residency application (opens in 2 weeks!). Time is flying. And I’m sorry to have neglected my little blog.

I’m going to do my best to keep bringing you great workouts and keep you as up to date as time permits.

My biggest news of the past few months is that my research from last year was published! We had promising results to show that osteopathic treatment could help reduce pain in postpartum mothers. The article can be found here.

Things haven’t been all work, though. Ted and I recently took an early anniversary road trip to Maine, where we did lots of eating, drinking, hiking, and boating.

And, of course, I can’t leave you without a workout! This one makes me so sore every time. Let me know what you think!
